About the Brand

Head & Heal is a Cortland County–based farm dedicated to community, sustainability, and wellness. Founded by Allan and Karli, they bring years of organic farming experience to both their produce and cannabis crops, which they began cultivating in 2017. As the first farm in New York State to receive an Office of Cannabis Management Conditional Cultivation license, they continue to grow with integrity—supporting their community through living wages, housing, and food for their workers, while advocating for a more equitable cannabis future.
